1. Preheat slow cooker on HIGH.
2. Trim excess fat from meat, place in cooker and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, basil, Creole seasoning, rosemary, thyme and Montreal steak seasoning..
3. Add the red peppers, banana pepper rings, onion, pasta sauce and tomatoes. Reduce heat to LOW and cook 8-9 hours.
4. Spoon off any excess fat, then shred the beef using 2 forks.
5. Serve beef on the hard rolls.
