Pulled Beef for Sandwiches
Place roast in slow cooker
Add all but a forth of the bottle of marinade or dressing to the cooker. Place bottle in fridge for use later.
Cook on low for 8 or more hours.
One hour before you are ready to eat pull the meat apart with a fork. Return the roast to the cooker. Add the remainder of the marinade to the cooker. Return to low and cook for another hour or so.
Spoon out onto sandwiches or into pita bread
You can substitute any type of marinade for any type of beef.
