Great taste. You can leave them as meatballs or bake them then break them up in the homemade sauce
Soak bread in some water 2 or 3 minutes then squeeze out moisture, Combine bread with remaining ingredients except oil, mixing well. Form in small balls, about 20. Brown slowly in hot olive oil. Add to sauce and cook another 30 minutes.
You can put meatballs on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes instead of frying.
