Italian Meatballs, easy to make and clean up.
Mix all ingredients by hand let sit for 15 minutes. Using either a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to form meatballs then roll between your palms to form firm balls. You can use olive oil on your hands to help with the mess. Place meatballs on foiled cookie sheets about 1-2" apart. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Let cool then package and freeze or add to sauce. Makes about 15 balls.
