Blonde Brownies
• Melt butter in large sauce pan
• Remove from heat
• Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips
• Pre-heat oven to 350
• Grease and flour 13x9 pan
• Pour butter into pan
• Sprinkle chips on top
• Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of pan comes out clean
