Suggest a better descriptionDry roast gram flour for 5-10mins on a medium flame. Turn the gas switch off once you have an aroma of gram flour.
Allow the gram flour to cool down.
Heat up the ghee to make it completely liquid.
In a bowl, mix the roasted gram flour with ghee by adding 1 spoon of ghee at a time. Continue this until the gram flour becomes a paste.
In the same pan which was used for roasting gram flour, add 1 cup of Jaggery with 1/4 cup of water. Keep to boil. In around 5-7mins, Jaggery would turn sticky. Check it by placing jaggery between thumb and second finger, Jaggery should stick and show a line.
Add the gram flour with ghee to the pan and keep stirring. Keep adding ghee until the mixture starts leaving the pan.
Once it leaves the pan transfer it to a bowl.
