Preheat Oven to 400.
Slice Peppers length-wise and remove membranes. Leave amount of seeds according to how spicy hot you desire.
In a bowl, make Cheese mixture:
- Cream Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Cheddar Cheese
- Chives
Stuff Peppers with Cheese mixture.
In separate bowl make Crumb mixture:
- Panko crumbs
- melted Butter
- minced Garlic
Dip Pepper tops into Crumb mixture until well coated.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Do not touch seeds with bare hands. Wear gloves.
