1-Cut the peel of oranges in medium pices and mixed with Sugar as shown in the Image.
2- Mix orange peels with sugar,Cinamom,and water in one pot.
3- Put the Pot on fire of stove withot cover ,medium/high fire till start boiling,then reduce fire to low.
4- cover the pot while on low fire and leave it for 45 minutes.
5-Uncover the pot and add Citric Acid on low fire for 35 Minutes with stiring from time to another.
6- if in any stage you noticed any white foam remove it with a spoon.
7- use electric Submersible mixer and mix slowly till you get the required consistency.and leave it to cool completly.
8- put the Jam in strelized glass covered Jar in refrigerator.
