This is a very easy dump recipe for classic Cajun jambalaya.
Combine everything together in a large covered baking dish and back for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Stir and bake for another 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and stir – let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving so the juices absorb more.
You can buy a container of pre-chopped Guidry’s season and use that to replace the onion and bell pepper above. You must use a parboiled rice (like Uncle Ben's) or the jambalaya will turn out VERY mushy.
