Healthish jambalaya
Dice chicken and sausage, and cook on medium heat in pot until they start to turn white, then add shrimp. Let cook for another two minutes, then add vegetables. Cool until vegetable soften, then add spices, wait a minute, then add diced tomatoes and broth. Stir well and add rice. Bring to rolling boil. Cover pot and put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
