Cream together sugar and butter. Add 6 eggs, beaten. Add to butter and sugar 1 bottle (24 oz) Hershey's Syrup.
Mix together Vanilla, flour and salt. Mix everything together & pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake @350 for 28 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mint - Mix powdered sugar, butter, food coloring, water & mint extract & spread on cooled brownies.
Chocolate - melt chocolate and butter 30 seconds at a time in microwave. Pour over the top of the brownies and refrigerate until set.
