Jeffrey Mayes's Family Potato Casserole - heart attack in a dish
1. Heat oven at 325 degrees.
2. Melt butter, cream cheese, and cream of mushroom together. Add some pepper.
3. Spread one layer of potatoes. Sprinkle a little salt.
4. Spread almost half of the creamy melted goodness on top.
5. A second layer of potatoes (the rest of them.)
6. Then the last of the creamy melted goodness.
7. Then cheese.
8. Cover with aluminium.
9. Place in Oven. Wait about 50 minutes. Take off aluminium and place precook bacon bits on top. Add a bit of pepper.
10. Cook for about 10 more minutes
