Empty the 2 packets of jelly crystals into a bowl and pour the 2 cups of boiling water over and stir for about 3 minutes until crystals are dissolved, then add the cold water, stir to mix through and then place in the fridge to set. You may need to ajust the amount of water stated above as you may like your jelly softer or firmer. At serving place jelly in wide or deep bowls and let each person decorate thier own. This can become a real enjoyable family-time session as well as introducing more fruit into diets.

Try other fruits as well like half a plum for a plum nose ect. Children have great imaginations so let them help decide.
