Suggest a better descriptionCook macaroni for 1-2 minutes less than recommended cooking time. Drain and place in casserole dish. While macaroni cooks, melt butter, whisk in flour and spices. Add milk and heat until thickened, whisking to prevent scorcing. Turn off heat and stir in cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Pour sauce over noodles. Stir together butter and Panko. Top macaroni with Panko and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
