Delicious, chewy (not "cakey"), dense brownies.
1. Combine butter and cocoa in small bowl (note--there is 1/2 cup plus 2 Tblsp cocoa)
2. Add all other ingredients to the butter/cocoa mixture and mix until well blended
3. Put into greased 9x13 baking pan
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Don't overbake--28-30 minutes should be just right for chewy brownies.
