Gluten free chocolate almond cup cakes
Blend sugar and eggs together. slowly add almond meal and melted butter mix together and then add chocolate powder. Can be baked in a large cake pan or spoon into patty pans and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes. Can be topped with icing sugar, melted chocolate, butter and sprinkled coconut on the top.
