Prepare pasta, reserve water
Melt butter and olive oil, sautee chicken and put in 350 oven to keep warm
In the same pan add cream, black pepper and bring to a boil
Reduce heat, add spinach, scallion greens and garlic and cover to cook veggies
Uncover and add chicken and juices
In large bowl, combine parmesean cheese and pasta water
Add pasta and stir
Add sauce and veggies, stir well
Top on warmed plates with shaved parm
