Jerry's traditional Thanksgiving stuffing, with alternative modifications if not cooked inside the turkey,
Cube bread and toss with Bell's seasoning in big bowl. Add onion and celery lightly sauteed in olive oil. Add these, parsley and water with melted butter to bowl and mix completely. Cook in oiled baking pan covered with foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can add more water if dry when reheating with leftovers.
If cooking outside of Turkey, cook 4 pieces of chopped bacon, saute onion, celery, chopped spinach, if desired , and 1 apple chopped small. Use warm chicken stock for water, and stirin with whisked egg. Combine all and cook as above.
