Spicey cheddar mashed potatoes.
1.) After washing potatoes, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil. Cook 20 minutes, or until tender; drain.
2.) While potatoes are cooking, in a sauce pan over low to medium heat, melt butter and then add milk and cream. Stir and cook until ingredients are well mixed and heated through.
3.) Once potatoes are drained, use a hand masher and mash together potatoes and milk mixture. Stir in cheddar cheese, peppers and adobo sauce.
4,) Season with salt to taste.
