Jim W. made this for us one time. Make sure to get the seitan from Whole Foods in the blue box - it makes all the difference. We have also made this inside on the stove, in a grill pan. The ingredient measurements are not exact, Jim was estimating. This made me like Seitan.
Jim says to mix this together. Helpful to marinate for a few hours, but not necessary if you don't have time. Then just put it on the grill, in a pot or casserole dish.
