Easy way to prepare ribs. Wrapped in foil, baked in the oven and finished on the grill.

Dry ribs then rub then cover with Memphis Dust rib rub. Double wrap in aluminum foil. refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. No liqiuds added.
Bake at 250* for 2 hours (for one half rack). Turn off oven. They can hold for up to an hour (as far as we have gone).
Finish on grill. 7/18/21 used Weber gas on high heat. Meat side down 4 minutes, turn then 2 minutes. Flip and 3 minutes on bone side.
Slice into single ribs and serve with sauce on the side. Stickey Fingers KC style and N.C. Piedmont sauce.
I prefer not to sauce the ribs on the grill. the liquid prevents them from getting a nice bark.
