Easy pork dish that's yummy
Coat baking sheet with spray. Place pecans, French onions and sugar in food processor. Chop coarsely. Season pork with salt and pepper. Roll in pecan mixture. Place on cooking sheet. Bake 25-30minutes at 425. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
