A simple recipe from Annikas hemkunskap class.
Preheat the oven to 225C. Grease a baking pan with butter. Slice the fish in 2cm slices (can't do it - frozen). Scatter 1/2 T flour on the bottom of the pan. Place the fish pieces in the pan. Sprinkle with salt.
Mix cream and chili sauce in a separate bowl and pour over the fish. Sprinkle the fish with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh dill.
