Suggest a better descriptionBlend top ingredients together in food processor. Sauté onions and garlic with butter and oil in a large skillet or wok until they start to brown, then add rice and brown. Add diced tomatoes, chicken stock, water, seasonings and sauce. Bring to boil, cover, simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover. Simmer until sauce has thickened and rice is tender. It should start to stick.
