Add all ingredients besides the beef in large mixing bowl and mix thourghly.
Then place beef in mixing bowl and mix by hand. Then place everything in a large plastic bag and seal with as much air out of the bag as possible. Place in fridge allow to soak for 4-12 hours, although longer won’t hurt.
Dehydrate for 4-7 hours depending on the temperature, how much is being done at one time, and how thick the pieces are. My dehydrator is set for 165 degrees and it usually takes about 5 hours for 1/4” jerky.
