Suggest a better description1: Add water, rice, salt and dashi kombu to a rice cooker. When the kombu softens, add the carrot (cut into thin sticks), put the lid on the rice cooker, and turn it on.
2: Cut the kamaboko and green onion. Fry the ground pork in a little bit of oil and put it onto a paper towel.
3: After the rice is done, take the kombu out and add the remaining ingredients. Let the rice settle awhile and then mix everything together.
