Kadai chicken prepared in kadai
1.Dry roast all the masala ingredients in the pan. Cool and grand it not very fine texture.
2.take a kadai and put oil now put oinions fry it soft and add ginger garlic paste
3. Add turmeric and green chillies
4. Add chicken and cook it for 10 mins and now add half of grinded masala, cook it slowlyadd water if needed.
5. Add kashmiri chilly add tomoto puree now cook for another 10 mins.
6. Check salt. Add cream if needed meaning if tomaroes are sour. Very little cream but optional.
7. Add capsicum and onion which are half fried.
8. Add coriender and rest of the masala
9. Serve hot after 5 mins.
