Suggest a better descriptionMeasure Kahlua, coffee granules, vanilla and chocolate into 1 qt. saucepan. Place directly over low heat. Stir occasionally until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and thick. Meanwhile, beat egg yolks well in small mixer bowl. Beat in chocolate mixture. When mixture is cool, beat egg whites with cream of tarter to soft peaks. Gradually beat in sugar to make meringue. Beat half the meringue into chocolate mixture until smooth. Fold in remaining meringue. Turn into 1 qt. serving dish. Cover and chill until firm.
If desired decorate with whipped cream and white or semi sweet chocolate square. Chocolate should be slightly warmer than room temp.
