Suggest a better descriptionBoil potatoes in a little water and while boiling add coconut milk powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and a little salt. When the potatoes are cooked, mash the potatoes and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle, add curry leaves, green chilies, ginger and onion and stir until the onions are cooked.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well and add salt.
Remove from heat and keep aside.
