Suggest a better description- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- combine meat, garlic cloves, onion, salt, pepper, and other spices, 1/2 of the cilantro (1 cup) chilies, eggs, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- mix well, and form into meatballs
- bake meatballs for 7-8 minutes, flip, and bake another 7-8 minutes.
When meatballs have about 5 min left from being done
- on stovetop, bring beefstock, drained tomatoes (if you do NOT drain them, you will end up with a more watery mixture), sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, and rest of the chopped cilantro, bring to a boil for 2-3 min.
- once meatballs are done, add them to the above mixture, and place in oven covered for about 20-30 minutes.
