Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan or dutch oven, add 2 tbsp. olive oil and cook the onion mixture. Dice the sausage & add it; cook until heated through and vegetables are soft. Add 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning & crushed tomatoes. Stir & remove from heat.
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp & 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning; cook shrimp about 3 minutes, stirring often.
Combine the shrimp with the tomato mixture. Add a cup of heavy cream. Taste & add salt/pepper & more Cajun seasoning (if you like it spicy).
Cook the zucchini spirals according to package directions. Place in a large bowl & top with the shrimp mixture.
Serve immediately.
