Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a heat proof bowl, stir together cheese, flour, and salt.
Add cream cheese
Microwave until melted, about 1 1/2 minutes, v stirring half way. Stir until combined
Add egg, stir until well mixed
Place dough on parchment paper, cover with plastic cling wrap and use hands to spread to form a thin 11in circle
Discard plastic wrap and dock with fork
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Remove and add toppings
Bake until cheese is melted
