Combine coconut and butter, press firmly on bottom of pie plate. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk and then lime juice and food coloring until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with orange and lime slices (very thin).
