Chick Pea Flour microwave recipe vegetarian
Put Chick Pea flour and yogurt in microwave-safe bowl.
Put in aesofotida, tumeric, salt. Keep adding water and use hand blender.
Put in microwave (4 to 5 minutes) (Give it a stir every 1 1/2 minutes)
Lay it on aluminum foil.
Press down with spatula.
Let cool five minutes.
Take a knife and make 1" to 1 1/2" strips.
Roll Khnadvi into rolls.
Sprinkle coconut and cilantro on top.
Heat oil in skillet.
Put in mustard seeds, aesofotida and green chillies and fry a little.
Sprinkle on top of khandvi.
Serve hot.
