Karen worked at Outback in high school and shared their mac n cheese recipe.
Fill pot with water. Pour in lots of salt and about 1-2 T olive oil. Bring to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, put cream and velveeta in saucepan and melt together over low-med heat. When pasta is done, drain water. Return to pan. Pour cheese sauce over noodles and stir to coat. Serve warm with a little pepper or sprinkled with seasoning salt.
