Fruit de ui en knoflook zachtjes glazig in een wok met olijfolie. Schep de paprikareepjes erdoor en bak ze 2 minuten mee. Roer het sinaasappelsap en de rasp erdoor en voeg wat zout en versgemalen peer toe. Smoor nog 2 minuten. Schep de kikkererwten, doperwten en munt erdoor en warm alles nog 3-4 minuten goed door. Serveer in diepe borden en geef het brood erbij.
Wat pul biber of cayennepeper erdoorheen lijkt mij erg lekker!
