Marley marinade beef wrapped in bacon then grilled!
1) In a pan, mix together Soy Sauce, Honey, Red Wine Vinegar, Scallions, Garlic, Ginger and Olive Oil in a Zip-loc bag or other air tight container.
2) Take Beef and cut into cubes and add to marinade.
3) Place in fridge and marinate for about 24 hours.
4) Take out thawed bacon and take meat out of marinade.
5) Without rinsing meat, place meet on one end of bacon and wrap until bacon over-laps. Cut bacon and set to side.
6) Skewer bacon wrapped meat.
7) On the grill, over medium heat, place skewers. Cook approximately 5 minutes per side or until bacon becomes crisp.
You can marinate for less time, but the longer you do it, the better flavor you get. Goes well with white sticky rice and fresh steamed vegetables.
