1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper & onion; cook for 5 min.
2. Stir in both soups, tomatoes & chicken; blend well.
3. Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non stick cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the tortillas, tomato mixture and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat twice.
4. Bake uncovered for 40 min or until hot & bubbly.
