Kitten's Mac and Cheeze
In saucepan combine milk and corn starch, stir fucking well to combine the cornstarch (keep the burner off during this time) add the salt and pepper, stir. Then you can add mustard powder OR straight up mustard. I like the straight up mustard b/c it gives it a nice yellow color too.
Now, with all the stuff you want in it, in it (you can add garlic and/or onion powder as well) turn the heat on medium and stir frequently.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and let it boil a minute before removing it from the heat and adding the cheese. Stir until it’s all combined.
Mix with the cooked noodles and put into a casserole dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees
