Semolina balls for soup
Source: Mama
In a small pot, mix the broth with melted butter, add salt and bring to boil. Gradually add in the semolina, little by little and mix well during this process. The mixture will become quite thick and you need to let it cook for about 5-6 minutes. Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down.Mix in the eggs well then make little balls from the mixture. At them into the main broth of your soup and let them cook through for about 5 to 7 minutes.
The soup is great for the whole family including little kids . I slow cook a whole chicken and make a good broth prior to making these balls. You can add vegetables to the soup or just the kletski with some herbs I add freshly cut dill or pastry with some string opinion.
