Suggest a better descriptionIn small bowl, 1 pack yeast and mix with 1/2 cup very warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes and then add the eggs.
In mixer bowl add 3 cups flour, salt and the yeast/egg mixture. Add a little bit of water to mixture (1/2 egg shell worth). Mix together then knead for 10 minutes. Grease glass bowl and plate. Put dough in bowl, cover with plate and let stand 1 1/2 hours. Boil 1-2 inches salted water in a pot. Slice the dough and put in butter. Put dough in pot, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Do not take cover off while cooking.
