Ground beef "kebabs" grilled Egyptian style
1. Grate Onion using a food processor (or by hand with a cheese grader)
2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl (by hand)
3. Form small cigar shaped "patties"
4. Grill over high heat until well done
Serve with Tahini Sauce (see my other recipe) and grilled Arabic (pita) bread
