Lovely soft kofta with warm Middle Eastern spices
Mix all kofta ingredients in a bowl
Divide into 16 and shape torpedo type shapes, put on a plate and chill in the fridge
To make the sauce whisk all ingredients together with 120 ml of water, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and a little parsley and pine nuts
Kofta can be threaded in to skewers and bbqd or fried in a large frying pan
Turn regularly to brown all over approx 10 mins
