Suggest a better descriptionCombine soy sauce, water, oil, brown sugar, garlic powder and one green onion in a large zip lock bag. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for use later.
Place chicken in marinade and allow to marinate at least 1 hour.
Grill chicken.
Cook rice with lime juice.
Cook broccoli.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Serve over rice and drizzle with warmed reserved marinade. Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds over top.
Serve broccoli as a side.
