1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until the brown sugar is fully dissolved. Toss the wings in the mixture. Place in a plastic bag.
2. Refrigerate the wings overnight or at least 4 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil, brush it with olive oil, and spread wings out on it. Bake the wings for 20 minutes, turn them and bake for 20 minutes more.
4. Thrown some green onions and Sesame seeds on top for presentation.
Grilling also works well.
