1. Soft boil eggs, slice in half.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. Thinly slice beef against grain and brown in a large skillet with Furikake Seasoning and Korean Gochujang Sauce.
4. Add 1/2 cup Korean Gochujang Sauce and Furikake Seasoning to pasta and mix well.
5. Add even portions of salad greens and noodles to each plate. Top noodles with egg halves and salad with remaining Korean Gochujang Sauce.
