Suggest a better description1. Dra av skinnet på falukorven och skär den 1/2 cm tjocka bitar. Skala och hacka löken. Låt fettet bli ljusbrunt i en panna. bryn korv och lök. Tillsätt tomatpurén, dijonsenap och rör om. Späd med grädde.
2. Smaksätt med salt och peppar. Koka ett par minuter. Rör i hackad persilja.
3. Servera med kokt potatis, råris, quinoa eller pasta och en grönsallad.
