Suggest a better descriptionHovezí maso umyjeme a nakrájíme na kostky. Na sádlo (olej) pridáme ocištenou a nakrájenou cibuli a necháme ji zpenit. Pridáme mletou papriku, maso, sul, pepr a dusíme ve vlastní štáve. Když štáva vysmahne, podlijeme maso horkou vodou a pomalu dusíme. (tlakový hrnec = cca. 45 min.)
Když je maso témer mekké, pridáme ocištené a na kostky nakrájené brambory, ocištenou, nakrájenou papriku, rajcata a vše smícháme s masem. Podle potreby ješte podlijeme vodou a uvaríme domekka. Podáváme s chlebem.
