In a large bowl, 1cup water & remaining ingredients. Mix well, if it needs more water to get to a dough stage then add. On a floured surface knead the dough until it is soft. Make it into balls (12-16 depending on size) Then four a board well, roll each ball as flat as you can. Heat a pan until it is quite hot. Place the rolled out tortilla in the pan & cook for about 45 seconds to a minuter or until it is bubbling and starting to brown. Turn it over & cook another 45 secs. Place a clean cotton towel onto a plate, as the tortillas come out of the pan, put it in the towel & wrap them up.
