A very delicious authentic lamb curry.
Saute garlic, ginger, onions and cumin seeds in oil for 10 mins. Add meat, saute till meat becomes red. Add salt and tomatoes. Mix well and let meat cook on low heat mixing every 10 mins. Only add water if you need more juice, otherwise do not add (Also as meat cooks juices release and so cooks quickly). Then add masala. Once you have oil forming on top of meat, its cooked. Add fresh coriander and mix well. Let it rest for 1/2 hour before serving or cook day before for even better results.
Rice:
Basmati Rice
Boil in a big pan of cold water. Drain and server.
